 • Weekly house cleaning
 • Weekly laundry service
 • Monthly wellness clinic
 • Emergency first aid and care
 • Coordination of all physician appointments
 • Coordination of Home Health and Rehabilitation Services
 • Computerized medical record services
 • Three nutritious meals daily, to include room service as needed
 • Scheduled transportation
 • Daily newspaper and mail delivery
 • Private Dining Room Reservations for special occasions
 • Coordination of wellness clinics such as massage therapy, podiatry         care, salon services, etc.

The following optional services maybe added to the monthly rate:

These services are available and can be provided for a minimum of 30 days during illness, after hospitalization or may be used on a continuous basis:

 • Medication Management provided by certified, trained staff.
 • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). Such as help         bathing, dressing, and grooming. To include daily bed-making,         escort services to meals and activities.
 • Incontinence Management provided by certified staff. Scheduled
        assistance with toileting, assistance with supplies and         reminders.
